We are looking for a Technical Alliance Manager (TAM) to join our team. Tempo’s TAM will connect with our clients and engage prospective clients. S/he will learn about the clients’ research and development needs and help them explore how iPSC-derived disease models, assay technologies, and biosystems can help them accelerate their projects and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, works collaboratively, stays organized, is an excellent communicator, and is highly personable. We are seeking individuals who want the culture, values, and excitement of a biotech startup and the stability of a company that is focused on creating value by delivering impactful products.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences or related field with 1-5 years of biotech-pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new cutting-edge technologies.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Strong communication skills - teaching, writing, and oral communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Experience in the biotech industry in the R&D and preclinical settings.
- Prior experience with CRM software - a plus.
