Technical Alliance Manager (TAM)

PhD level scientist with 0-2 years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience

We are looking for a skilled Technical Alliance Manager to join our team. The primary goal of the role is to connect with our clients —current and prospective— and learn about their research and pharmaceutical development project needs. We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment. The ideal candidate has a team-oriented attitude, works collaboratively, stays organized, and is an effective communicator. We need individuals who seek the culture, values, and excitement of joining a biotech startup company focused on human stem cells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and understand clients’ R&D needs.
  • Deliver technical designs and solutions for clients. 
  • Execute and deliver on project management responsibilities.
  • Stay organized.
  • Work closely with the Technical Support and R&D teams.
  • Staying on top of cutting-edge technologies in the biotech-pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
  • Experience in the biotech industry – preclinical and R&D settings.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new cutting-edge technologies.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Strong communication skills – teaching, writing, and oral communication.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of CRM software – a plus.

Associate Scientists

B.S/B.A level scientists with 0-2 years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience

We are looking for enthusiastic scientists who wish to be part of an exciting technology development startup. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works hard, and stays organized. We need individuals who seek the culture, values, and excitement of joining a biotech startup company focused on human stem cells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established protocols for cell culture.
  • Document SOPs and data records.
  • Deliver consistent lab results.

Required Skills:

  • Aseptic technique and basic cell culture skills.
  • Organizational skills – documenting protocols and following SOPs.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new methods and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience with human stem cells and stem cell culture – a plus.
  • Prior experience with GMP/GLP laboratory standards – a plus.

  • Manage general logistics.
  • Deliver consistent records.
  • Maintain general laboratory safety practices.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational skills — detail-oriented documentation and record keeping.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new methods and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience with GMP/GLP/BL2 laboratory standards – a plus.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of CRM software – a plus.
